Terms of Service

These terms govern services provided by Crispy Service ("Crispy Service," "we," "us"), an on-demand general labor service operated by Chris P. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Non-licensed labor. Crispy Service is a non-licensed general labor service — not a licensed contractor or contracting company — and it does not carry liability insurance.
Hired by the owner or leaseholder. Labor is hired by the property owner or the leaseholder of the space, and all work is performed on site under their direction.
Work scope. General labor only, including moving help, junk removal and hauling, furniture assembly, yard cleanup, cleanout help, material handling, painting help, minor repairs and property maintenance, and snow removal. No saws except a reciprocating saw (Sawzall), no nail guns, and no heavy rebar or concrete work; no heavy plumbing or electrical.
Tools and materials. The customer provides any tools and materials the job requires, at the customer's expense.

Rates and booking

All services are billed at a flat rate of $25 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum per job.
Booking blocks: 4 hours ($100), 6 hours ($150), or 8 hours ($200). Time beyond a booked block is billed at the same $25/hour rate.
Hours: Monday–Saturday, first start 9:00 AM, jobs may finish as late as 10:00 PM. Closed Sundays.
Scheduling is handled by voice and virtual AI agents. Bookings are confirmed by text message or phone.
Jobs at addresses outside the established service area may incur an additional fee of $50 or more, quoted before the job is confirmed.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is completed. We accept cash, Cash App ($demolitionking), and Zelle.

Cancellations

Please call or text (720) 500-6988 to cancel or reschedule. Letting us know as early as possible helps us re-open the time for other customers.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: Crispy Service booking and scheduling text messages.

By providing your mobile number and opting in — on our booking form, on crispyservice.com, or by texting us — you agree to receive text messages from Crispy Service about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates, and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

Crispy Service provides general labor only and is not a licensed contractor. The property owner or leaseholder who hires the labor directs the work on site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crispy Service's liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
